* Rough draft of External Account Binding. * Remove parameter --eab and namespace kid and hmac. Also add parameters to "register" subcommand. * Refactor as much as possible of the EAB functionality into ExternalAccountBinding class. * Remove debug line. * Added external account binding to Directory.Meta. * Rename to account_public_key, hmac_key and make some non-optional.
