Some new methods we need at Ducksboard to implement TV mode.

Two new distributions of Gridster are generated with grunt:
    - jquery.gridster.with-extras.js
    - jquery.gridster.with-extras.min.js

Gridster.js

Gridster is a jQuery plugin that makes building intuitive draggable layouts from elements spanning multiple columns. You can even dynamically add and remove elements from the grid.
